Can I return a custom piece?
Each piece is made to order with your photo, so we cannot accept returns for wrong size choice or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
What if my piece arrives with a defect?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or print issue, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the problem and we will help you with a replacement.
How long does production and shipping take?
Your piece is produced on demand. Production usually takes 3 to 7 days. Shipping time depends on the destination, and UK/international delivery may take around 7 to 13 days.
Can I change my order after paying?
Once production has started, we cannot change the photo, text, size or colour. If you need an urgent correction, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
How should I care for my piece?
Wash inside out in cold water, avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly over the printed image. This helps keep the print sharp for longer.
