By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Photo Quality
The quality of the final print is directly linked to the quality of the photo you upload. We guarantee a high-resolution print with faithful colours, but we are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, dark or low-quality results if the original photo provided by the customer does not have enough quality.
We recommend uploading original photos from your gallery and avoiding screenshots or photos sent through apps that may reduce image quality.
We reserve the right to refuse the production of photos containing explicit, hateful, illegal or inappropriate content.
Personalized Products
All High Standards products are made to order and customized according to the details provided by the customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer input errors.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability, shipping carriers and destination country.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
